    2. Pompeii (15 km cycling)
Today's stage starts with a cycle trip to Pompeii, the biggest open-air archaeological site of the world, which offers a unique snapshot of Roman life and provides a detailed insight into the everyday life of its inhabitants.
Back to the harbour, your Caique will now leave towards Sorrento, where you will enjoy a walking visit of the town. Overnight in roadstead (sheltered anchorage) in Marina di Cassano.

    3. Sorrento – Positano – Amalfi (35 km cycling)
You will start exploring by bike the Sorrento and the Amalfi coast (Costiera Amalfitana), where you will cycle along the wonderful road overlooking the sea up to Positano. Afterwards you will continue towards Amalfi, one of the four Italian Maritime Republics during the Middle Ages. Free dinner and overnight in the harbour of Amalfi.

    4. Amalfi – Minori – Maiori – Cetara – Vietri (25/35 km cycling)
From Amalfi you will continue your bike tour along the coast, cycling on the coastal road with some ups and downs, passing through the hamlets of Minori, Maiori and Cetara. With a deviation it is also possible to reach Ravello, where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the whole Gulf of Salerno and up to the Cilento mountains. Finally you will arrive in Vietri, famous for its polychrome ceramics. Overnight in the small fishing harbour of Cetara.

    5. Capri
Today is dedicated to the fashionable island of Capri, which you will explore on foot. Do not miss the panorama over the famous cliffs called Faraglioni: here you will overlook the whole Gulf of Naples dominated by the volcano Vesuvius. In the afternoon your Caique will leave for Ischia. Overnight in the harbour of Ischia Casamicciola.

    6. Ischia (20 km cycling)
Ischia is the biggest island in the Gulf of Naples and deserves to be explored by bike! Overnight in the harbour of Ischia Sant’Angelo.

    7. Procida and Pozzuoli
Last but not least, you will have the chance to explore the enchanting island of Procida, with its black sand beaches. Your Caique will then sail up to Pozzuoli, in the bay of Naples, which you will visit on foot, including the Roman Amphitheatre. Finally you will navigate back to Marina di Castellammare di Stabia. Overnight in the harbour of Castellammare di Stabia.

    8. Castellammare di Stabia
    Departure after breakfast.

Due to organisational reasons, weather conditions or provisions issued by local authorities, the itinerary may be subject to some changes before and/or during the holiday.
The captain and the guide reserve the right to make alterations to the itinerary, depending on wind, sea and weather conditions or organizational requirements.
This is not a sailing trip. The ship is a motor vessel, it has sails but the navigation is powered by engines.

During the tour the boat will be docked in a harbour during 6 nights, while on one night it will anchor in roadstead. The roadstead is a sheltered anchorage in a bay, which is an enclosed area with an opening to the sea. Natural roadsteads offer shelter from storms, winds and currents.
In exceptional cases (bad meteorological and/or sea conditions), for safety reasons, the ship might have to return to the harbour also during the night that is scheduled in roadstead.
Only and exclusively in this case, the clients will be asked to pay a supplement for the overnight in the harbour. This amount, variable from port to port, will be divided among all participants and will be paid directly on site (approximately 20-50 € per person per night, subject to changes).
