Day by Day
1. Trogir – Island of Šolta
Individual arrival by car to Trogir or by plane to Split airport, which is about 5 km/3 mi. away from the harbour of Trogir. After check in on the motor yacht (at around 2:30 pm) the first short cruise starts around 3 pm from Trogir to the Island of Šolta. On the way we have the opportunity to take a refreshing swim from the boat. The first night is spent on the Island of Šolta.
2. Island of Šolta – Island of Vis
We go on a morning crossing to Hvar Island with its island capital Hvar town. After arrival we take a city tour across the large Renaissance Square which is surrounded by the cathedral and many late gothic palaces. There we hike to the Spanish fortress that towers above the town. From here we have a fabulous view onto the city and the surrounding islands. At about noon our boat takes us to Vis toen on the island of Vis, which was already colonized by the Greeks and is the most remote inhabited island from the Dalmatian mainland. Grap the opportunity to take a refreshing swim from the boat. Ashore at Vis our tour guide will take us on a nice guided group walk in the afternoon to the fortress of St. George which played an important role in the maritime history of the island. Overnight stay at Vis.
3. Island of Vis – Island of Korčula (15 km)
Early in the morning crossing to Račišće on the island of Korčula. An afternoon cycle tour takes us eventually to the same island capital. We take a little tour through the town to see the highlights: St Mark’s Cathedral where we can admire the famous altarpiece by Jacopo Tintoretto. The alleged birthplace of explorer Marco Polo is worth a visit as well. There is also a magnificent view from the tower of the house onto the sea. After an out-of-town dinner the evening is spent in the bustling port town Korčula.
4. Island of Korčula – Island of Brac (15 km)
We go on a morning crossing to Stari Grad situated on the north side of Hvar Island. The old town of Stari Grad has become a Mecca for artists and art lovers. After a crossing including a swim break and lunch on board we cycle nicely from Stari Grad to Jelsa. Around 5:30 pm we enter the boat and leave for our overnight stay close to Brač. Let the evening fade away anchoring with a lovely Captains dinner.
5. Island of Brač
After breakfast the morning offers us enough time to indulge in water activities and group activities on the beach, suitable for everyone to participate in, before we leave for Lovrecina. From here a hike (aprx. 1.5 h) leads us along the shoreline to Postira. Here you are able to enjoy an evening meal in a typical Konoba and relax in a sea-side café as the sun sets after an eventful day. Overnight stay at Postira.
6. Postira – Cetina Canyon – Island of Šolta
After a short crossing to Omiš with its pirate castles we have either the opportunity to participate in a rafting tour on the Cetina River (not included in the tour price) or explore the old town of Omiš and its pirate castle on foot. In the afternoon we are able to swim from the boat before cruising to Rogač on the island of Šolta where we will spend the night.
7. Island of Šolta – Trogir
In the first half of the day we can either cycle or take a bus transfer to Goran, a local beekeeper to participate in an interactive workshop on bees, their purpose, products and the life of a beekeeper. Goran is an expert in capturing the fascination of young and old with the enthusiasm he has for the bees which he keeps. Whoever wishes to cycle more, can cycle on to Maslinica before returning to Rogač where the boat will wait. Lunch will be enjoyed on board during the last crossing by boat for the week as the captain charters his course back to Trogir. Along the way the anchor is droped for an enjoyable dip in the Adria directly from the boat. In the afternoon we enjoy Trogir by taking a walk through the UNESCO protected old town. Traditionally the last evening before disembarkation is spent cheerfully with guests, crew and guides.
After breakfast disembarkation until 9 am and individual trip home or extended stay in Croatia.
The itinerary may be subject to unexpected changes before and/or during your holiday due to unforseable circimstances such as: extreme weather conditions, unannounced road or repair works or law enforcements.
The cycle tours we offer here take place under the expert guidance of your tour guide, who is familiar with the terrain. The bicycle tours do not require special physical fitness. The walks and short hikes are led on safe trails, which are partially paved at times and are also not at all challenging. Should any of the activities require greater fitness, your tour guide will point this out beforehand.
How to get there
Your boat will be waiting for you in the port of Trogir. Some days before departure we will send you all details about the embarkation.
The closest airport is Split. Contact us for a free airfare quotation.
To reach the boat at Trogir harbor we recommend to take a taxi (destination: harbor of Trogir, approx. 6 km/20 euro). You can use a public bus (no. 37) as well, which takes you within 15 min to Trogir town and stops in Trogir opposite the market. It leaves at the bus stop on the main road in front of the airport every 20 - 30 min.
The old town of Trogir with the harbour area is very close.
Split has its own train station. From here you can take a taxi to the point of embarkation (cost: about 20 €) or a bus. More information: www.autotrans.hr
Car and parking
If you are planning to reach Trogir by car travelling through Slovenia, we remind you that you need to purchase the vignette in order to drive on the Slovenian motorways. It costs about 15 € for a week and 30 € for a month.
We can book a safe parking place for you in Trogir, in a private area which is close to the port (cost: 50 € to be paid on site, on a first come first served basis). Anyway, there are no insurances against theft or damages to the car. You can ask your guide where your parking place is.

Departure 18-25 August 2018
Online from 30 August 2018Bellissimo itinerario. Tanto sole, mare, visite a luoghi storici e culturali meravigliosi, e buon cibo.
Departure 19-26 August 2017
Online from 05 September 2017Assolutamente da provare.....e riprovare....
Departure 19-26 August 2017
